1. Restart Your Computer

   If your system runs Windows 10 or an earlier version, you will seeAllow Telemetry instead ofAllow Diagnostic Data .
5. On the next pop-up page, check theEnabled radio button.
   
6. Under theOptions section, click the drop-down menu and selectSend optionally diagnostics data .
7. Finally, clickApply > OK to save the changes.

6. Tweak the Registry Editor
